Executive Auto Shippers LLC

Auto Shipping Agent

5.0/51 Reviews

Executive Auto Shippers is synonymous with integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Transporting your automobile can be a stressful process, finding an auto moving company that’s reliable and trustworthy is essential. Our success is measured by happy customers and the relationships we build, rather than by sales quotas.

Executive Auto Shippers LLC was founded in 2009 by second-generation auto transport experts. With over 50 years of combined auto transport experience, we have learned the ins and outs of vehicle shipping.

We take an interest in our clients’ needs and treat each vehicle transport as the unique shipment it is. We take pride in building relationships with our clients whether they are using us for a one-time auto transport, seasonally for winters in Florida and other warmer climates, or shipping your teen’s car to or from college across the country.

Need more information for peace of mind? You can read about our guarantees, see how we can provide shipment tracking, and look us up by our Motor Carrier Number & USDOT Number (MC 670512/USDOT 2243886).

FAQs

Q Do you transport pets?

Unfortunately, Executive Auto Shippers does not transport pets.

However, there are many professional companies that do focus specifically on pet transportation.

Executive Auto Shippers cannot recommend any specific companies to transport your pets because we have not worked directly with any of these service providers. Here are the companies that we have come in contact with. We suggest that you use a reputable third party review source (Yelp, BBB, Angie’s List) to review any company you choose.

Q Can I ship my car with stuff in it?

When shipping a car with Executive Auto Shippers you may pack up to 100 lbs of non-valuable personal items in the trunk of your vehicle. If you have an SUV or hatchback with no trunk the personal items must remain in the cargo area, behind the very rear seat and below the level of the windows.

When shipping a car with personal items inside, you may not fold down seats to extend the cargo area. The driver will not weigh your items, but rather will make a visual assessment of packing. If it looks like your car is over packed the driver will assume that it is.

Typically 100 lbs is the equivalent of 3 carry on sized suitcases (9” x 14” x 22”) or 2 checked sized suitcases (12” x 20” x 30”). Any personal items shipped inside are done at your own risk. The driver will not inspect or inventory any of these items and they will not be covered by any insurance. Packing over the 100lbs may result in the driver refusing to pick up your vehicle or additional fees.

If you have a pick-up truck, you won’t be allowed to leave anything in the bed, strapped down or not. This is because it can be a danger to the other automobiles on the load as well as other drivers near the carrier. Even if it is strapped down, your item may become loose due to the jostling encountered with transport.

These items cannot be shipped under any circumstance: prescription medicine, illegal drugs, firearms, ammunition, alcohol, or items of value. Shipping these or any other illegal items may result in confiscation by a legal authority and/or criminal charges. Auto transport carriers are subject to inspection at State Port of Entry facilities as well as random inspections as warranted.

We also do not recommend shipping plants of any type. Vehicles traveling on an auto transport are exposed to vast climate changes throughout the transportation process.

Q What should I do if I have a toll transponder?

You’ll need to remove your toll transponder or E-Z Pass from your vehicle. If you don’t want to remove it, you can wrap it in tin foil and place it in your glove compartment or center console.

If you do not remove it or put it away, your transponder WILL charge your account every time the carrier passes through a toll charge point. Neither Executive Auto Shippers nor the carrier will reimburse for tolls charged to a transponder left in your vehicle.

Q How can I verify your bond?

If you are a phone type of person, then simply call the bonding company and provide the broker’s Motor Carrier Number (MC) and/or US DOT number. Executive Auto Shipper’s numbers are MC# 670512 and US DOT# 2243886. You can also verify a broker’s bond online 24/7. Visit the FMCSA’s website and enter the broker’s MC or US DOT number, then select the HTML report. This will take you to the profile page for the broker. This page will provide you with some details about the broker and most importantly the status of their Authority.
