I paid 400$ as agreement said I surprised next day they overcharged me 500$ and I been told that my car will be picked up 2 hours after payment but I ended waiting 24 hours to get service done was a bad experience

Your agent went ahead and charged my card after being I told them I no longer needed their services. Agent also refused to give me their name and an assigned id case. The fraudulent link sent by the agent also stated that I will not be charged anything until after the car is picked up. Agent also refuse to let me speak to a supervisor or manager. Called the so call corporate office with no help either . This entire company is not proving to be reliable or even trustworthy!

Good overall experience. Transported arrived a week and a half later than expected but had great communication and was friendly. Alex, my sales man, offered great support.

Communication with True Carriers was very good. Communication with delivery company was below expectations due to poor English or no English. We were quoted a price only for it to change up by $2000.00. The trailer was delivered on the date desired and placed where it needed to be.
