Overall, I am disappointed in this experience. The first carrier that was located was day 4 of 5 (after the weekend) and the first carrier offer was nearly double the initial price estimate. It is apparent that as time ticks away, the urgency increases so this is used against the customer. The carrier selected damaged the vehicle after loading and tried several ways to get out of paying to fix it.... likely due to their $1000 deductible on their insurance. Irina was really nice to work with and helpful when working to get the damage repaired. This is a very BUYER BEWARE kind of transaction where you must read every word of the contract and don't believe the price quote on the contract - means nothing. If you are needing to move a vehicle in a timely manor, I would not recommend this method.
