Price was okay. I agreed to the terms so nothing to argue there. Customer service was great - good communication, upfront clarifications every step of the way and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I was tremendously dissatisfied with carrier that was chosen to assist me with my move - Driver was not very experienced, from what I could tell. So much so they utilized the incorrect hitch to pull my RV and damaged their hitch as well as mine in the process of hauling to the destination. Which intern, of course, I had to absorb those cost along with the cost of the move turning a $700 transport into well over $1100, not including damages to my unit. I would think an experienced transportation company would know the exact hitch model needed to hook up and pull whatever king pin is presented, but maybe I am wrong. In my opinion a more vigorous check into what is being transported as well as ensuring the carrier/ driver had the proper tools for the task would have gone a long way in this scenario.

Terrible experience. Kept changing the price. Didn't follow any given directions. Made me jump through multiple hoops and then took an extra $300.00 that they won't repay.

The BEST! We shipped our Sea Ray 300 Weekender and since we weren’t at a marina that could unload it we brought our trailer to use-and of course it lost a wheel but Mark worked with us and gave us time to fix it without extra fees! He was there throughout the entire haul and was helpful and supportive! And all of this during Christmas. We highly recommend this company and extend our heartfelt Thanks to Mark! We’re already getting ready to have our camper shipped! The price at first may seem slightly higher than others but with this company there’s no “hidden “ fees like you find with others-and the service is first class! I can’t say enough about this wonderful company and the excellent service and quality they provide! Our family will only use True Carriers and Mark! Thanks for the service and support we received! Totally scammed, initially contacted to deliver from NY to CA for $650. After flying to CA, because the shipping price was so good, I was told the initial driver cancelled and now all they can do is $1580. 2.5 times more than expected. Don’t use this company especially don’t speak with Otto.

Originally the price was $650, signed contracts in NY. When I arrived in CA Otto said the driver had an emergency and the price would now be $1580. If I initially knew the price would be significantly higher I would have driven the car. I feel that since Otto knew when I would arrive in CA that he took advantage of my situation by lowballing the initial price. I absolutely feel I was scammed and will be sending complaints about your company to the governing body that oversees transportation brokers. Your company is not a responsible business.
