Carrie was professional, respectful and responsive during booking, provided valuable insight into the business, and offered a good value relative to other carriers. It would be easy to award five stars based on that alone. But even more importantly, when coordination with the seller and driver got a bit sticky, she stepped in and provided smooth, solution-oriented service. Recommend with confidence.

I recently moved from Chicago back to Boca. Ship Your car now came up on google and they had 4 stars and apt of reviews. I called them on a Tuesday. That Thursday they arranged pickup it took 4 days, I paid $1400 for an enclosed. The car arrived dusty the driver actually wiped it down in my driveway. One thing I that sold me on using josh was that he explained I could pay for the entire transaction on my Amex card, I was not comfortable paying 200 on a credit card and paying 1000 in cash to a driver. Dealt with josh kitchen top notch guy. Thanks josh.

Let me start off by saying this company made it very easy to get my moms car down here to her, as she got sick and moved in with me in VA from RI. This adventure started off my doing one of those online quote things and well let me say, that was a disaster. It was not through this company but after filling out this form online, I got spam called for like the next 3 days. I would just decline them all and it would automatically ring right after I declined. It was awful. I got a million and one emails. To say the least I did not want to talk to any of them being bombarded with calls and emails from all different companies. I saw one for $430. I said ok lets try this. I emailed, texted, and called and well the only response I got (twice might I add) was sometimes our system messes up and puts car instead of SUV and the price raised to $660. Its a nissan pathfinder so really not much difference and the price you quote should be the price, thats it! Well anyways....after this i was like no way am I using online. So i started calling places. I called one and got a quote for 790! WTF?? Wow! Then called this company and quoted $505. I thought oh thats much better. Ray was the rep I talked to and he was phenomenal. Very personable and explained everything step by step. He gave me his personal line as we ended the call. Well I didnt get the email to put the order through so I waited the weekend and called back on Monday. Ray answered right away and was super helpful. For some reason it was not allowing the email to be sent so he sent it to himself and sent it to me. Long story short, he helped and sent me emails afterward to make sure I got everything. Yes Ray is the middle man, but he tells you that upfront. They put it out there to different car carriers and whoever wants it grabs it. Within 2 hours, my brother received a call to pick up the car. Super quick, didnt have time to pack it but that was ok with us. We told them that was our date of soonest and well it happened the soonest. It got down here in a day. The driver kept us fully informed of his whereabouts and his arrival time which got delayed because of traffic. Nothing he could do. Overall smooth transaction and great to work with. It took the thinking out of it and car made it down here in one piece! Would highly recommend. They have you pay upfront too online which is nice because nothing to deal with when it gets dropped off.
