Nobody but Val helped me out delivering this bus to me from NY to Florida. He insured me that he moved long vans before and that I will need a carrier with long ramps. The job was done really fast, in 2 days he located the proper trailer when other brokers were sending me small trailers or just empty excuses. I will definitely work with him next time!

Reputable National Shipping in all States. Had to ship an uncommon item (Firewood Splitter) long distance from a remote rural small city to another remote rural small city. Symon went more than the extra mile to find a carrier that would even take the job, then for an affordable price. He was prompt in all communications re: status updates to the very end...even during illness. Oh my, very rare to have that dedication, intelligent and honesty perfect customer service. He had to be creative then found the perfect hauler and perfect driver. Well done Moverjet...you delivered my baby!!

You won't even post this feedback. Because you screwed up. You are continually jacking up the prices. I have asked you to cancel our contract as you were supposed to be here hours ago. I am now standing in the rain 300 miles from home trying to figure out how to get my motorcycle (that you seem to think is an ATV) home. I am devastated by the lack of customer service you have provided. I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.

I had contracted another company to move my vehicle. Unfortunately, after they took my deposit of $75, they stopped answering the phone and emails. I was running out of time. On the day my car was supposed to be picked up at my house in Houston, I had still not heard from them so I called MoverJet. Jane answered the phone and I told her my issue and that I needed to get this car shipped the next day as I was headed to Minnesota in my other car. Jane went above a beyond helping me get this done. She and her company were able to find a driver that picked up my car the next day and delivered it two days later in Minnesota. I wish I had found this company first when looking for an auto transport company! Highly satisfied with the results!!!

This was my second time using MoverJet Logistics, a year ago to ship one car from Michigan to Arizona, and just now two cars back from Arizona to Michigan. Prompt service, pickup and delivery when expected, no problems with the cars. They let you fill the car with stuff, no questions asked. Professional drivers. I would definitely use it again.
