Montway Auto Transport

We had an awesome experience using Montway Auto Transport. We were well informed throughout the process by phone call and/or email, and every request was satisfied immediately. Never had an issue with contacting anyone. Vehicle was delivered in exceptional condition on the 10th day following our order, and that includes weekend days, from Springfield MO to Hendersonville, NC Shipping was contracted out to Kodiak Transport of Clay Center, Kansas. I must say Larry (truck driver) was extremely careful and professional, besides being and all around great guy. He kept us informed as to pickup and delivery day and was actually 2 minutes early from the delivery time he stated two hours prior to letting us know. I mention that because that is how spot on he was with everything. I would certainly use either of these companies again without a worry.

They are a broker and their job is to do the leg work for you. I am giving them 5 stars because ultimately, they successfully did what was asked. I was somewhat patient but would check in every 2 days. They responded quickly and booked the first carrier on day 5. Unfortunately, that carrier could not connect with my seller to load the car. He was moving and it was a weekend. The seller was over an hour away and could not make the very small window of 2hrs. The carrier was very hard to get a hold of and ultimately did not pick up the car. This was not Montway's fault but the carrier's. I could give them partial blame I suppose for a bad carrier...regardless.... I can assure you I was not happy. The carrier did not call or anything. Because of this I called Montway the next day and they were able to book another truck within 3 days after that. I was not happy on the phone with them initially. I even had to call back to apologize after I had become a bit more rational. Montway remained 100% professional. In the end end I received the car undamaged in less than 48hrs from Georgia after she was picked up. All in all I can't fault Montway at all. Just be sure you have some leeway on dates for pickup and drop off and you will save yourself some cash.

My auto shipping experience with Montway Auto Transport was GREAT from start to finish. They were immediately responsive by both phone and email in all their communications with me. I never had to "wait and see", but was always kept up to date on progress. I literally researched transport companies for WEEKS before "lucking up" on Montway through a friend-of-a-friend's recommendation. Montway has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, and their rating is well-deserved. They were timely, accurate in the information they provided me, friendly, and transparent in all their dealings with me. I feel fortunate to have chosen them to transport my non-operational vehicle from Maryland to Georgia. Many companies will not transport a non-running vehicle. I have read and heard of some real auto transport horror stories, so dealing with Montway was a true pleasure. The driver was great as well. He arrived and delivered on time, and was professional, friendly, and efficient. Kudos and many thanks to Montway for a job EXCELLENTLY done. I will most definitely use them in the future, should I ever need to ship a vehicle again. Five stars across the board!

Montway put me in Touch with specialized transport corp. Guery my driver was easy to deal with and kept me in the loop. I saw some questionable reviews on both montway and spealized transport corp. so I was naturally concerned. However both companies delivered. Also their price was fair. I would recommend. I am only leaving feedback Bc I saw some bad ones and these guys deserved a thumbs up.
