I have utilized Getcarrier services for at least 5 times since JUL 16 and each time the service and price were excellent. The Gentleman I was contacting personally was John out in California. His prices and services were cheaper and guaranteed, unlike other vendors that i contacted or the ones that contacted me. The pick u[ times I requested were met exactly and the delivery was extremely fast. We use services from California to Texas, Texas to North Carolina, Dallas to El Paso, and North Carolina to Texas. I even gave him a power of attorney to pickup a vehicle from a Vehicle Control Port (shipped from overseas) and deliver to our front door. Whenever, I hear Soldiers and civilians talking about vehicle transport, I give them his direct number and they are always satisfied with his price and service. I do not even research transport companies now, I go straight to John, because I have yet found someone to beat his price and his guarantee pick up date and time.

This was our first time shipping. Great experience. Price was fair and service was perfect. Tom was reachable by phone for all questions and/or concerns. Driver Arsa (not sure spelt right) was professional and easy to call during the transport from CA to GA. Arrived safely there and on time. I needed to have a vehicle shipped from SoCal to NorCal and made the mistake of asking for a quote from a pop-up ad while on some website. Big mistake. I still get phone calls and texts. So my first piece of advice is: "Only deal with a broker directly." That said, I found Getcarrier (who is a broker) and they handled my case expertly and for a reasonable price. They are also big on communication and kept me in the loop always. They picked a transport company who in turn picked a trucker and I cannot complain about anything. Especially, the team that delivered the vehicle was meticulous and professional beyond what I expected.
