I was in Houston when Hurricane Harvey hit hard while I was in the middle of my over-sea move. Direct Auto went out of their way to contact me to arrange a new pickup site since my neighborhood was devastated and my phone number wasn't working. Also, the driver took great care of my vehicle when loading and during transport, which arrived in California as scheduled and in perfect condition to be shipped oversees. I am very grateful for the excellent service provided during a difficult time.

I recently needed to relocate for school and with all my belongings that needed to come with, my car was not going to be the most viable source of moving this stuff. I reached out to multiple dealerships and friends to see which company offered the most value in regards to automotive transport, by a landslide I was directed to DC. College is hectic as it is, not to mention moving into a new house, so transporting my car was on the bottom of to-do list and with the help of DC it made something that initially would cause loads of stress into something that I no longer had to worry about. I put my trust in them, and it was well worth it. My car was delivered on a timely schedule and exactly the way I left it (which I was nervous about!).

Working with Direct Connect was so easy for me. They were in super great communication and made me feel comfortable transporting my car so far. Using their service was so worth it over taking the time to drive from Florida to Michigan and I knew my car was in good hands the entire trip. My car arrived just as good as I left it.
