First of all, I was referred to your company from a dear friend. First I was quoted a price of $700 then the price went to $1250.00 didn't understand. The was car supposed to be picked up on a Friday by 12 the drive never showed up and no phone calls. I was leaving the state that day by 4. So that put more stress on me to try to get this car moved when I was 1200 miles away. So I had to ask my neighbors for help. So then the car was supposed to be pick up between 5 - 6 the driver got there closer to 7 :30 pm so my neighbor had to wait for that. So the car got picked up and was supposed to be delivered between 2 - 4 days. On the 4 day I tried to reach out to get a more accurate time when the car was being delivered ? I called and texted no response. So I sat home all day on Sunday waiting for the car to be delivered. once the car showed around 4 pm it took the driver about 3 minutes to unload , get paid for his services then he left . As I was inspecting the car I seen it got damaged,. So the next morning I notify Grace who I've been with about the damage . I sent a before and after pictures of the damaged area. Not very Pleased with my service and price.

They lie about the price and lowball you and then they raise the price at the last minute. They should not be trusted.

I moved my car with them three times. This time was by far THE WORST. They offered an average price compared to other companies. Then my car wasn’t picked for more than a WEEK , mostly didn’t reposed to my texts and phone call. Then the price was on increased. Finally my car was picked up and delivered with no issues.

Outrageously over priced and misleading The short version: I paid about 3-3.5 times what other companies charge for transporting my car.  Plus I did not get the service I was given the impression I was paying for.  I paid $650 in fees to Move Wheels for getting my car shipped from upstate NY to Maui, HI but they only managed the transport from NY to a port in California. The communication with the shipping company that transported my car from California to Hawaii was done by me!  If I had known that before, I could have paid $175 to the company offering to have my car transported from NY to CA and saved $475!! The transport cost from NY to CA and CA to HI was over and above the $650 I paid BWT/MoveWheels but that cost was the same if I had used the company charging $275. And the coordination I had to do was the same as well. I did not get the benefit of better service or less work by paying more to BWT/MoveWheels. Save your money and go with a smaller, more reliable broker/company that does not over-charge. The long version: I decided to use BWT/MoveWheels because I wanted to ship my car from upstate NY to Hawaii.  Very few companies offer shipping all the way to Hawaii. I have used one company many times to ship cars for members of our family because they are reliable and reasonable. However they could only arrange transport from upstate NY to a California port.  I found out how to ship from California to Hawaii but then I thought it would better to use a company that could manage the whole trip from NY to HI. MoveWheels said they would do that. Durinng one of my conversations with them, I found out that they were planning to use Pasha Hawaii to ship my car from Californai to Hawaii and were going to have my car transported to the Pasha location in Oakland, CA. Since I had already done some research on Pasha, I knew that although they have multiple drop-off locations in California, the cars are all put on a ship from their San Diego location.  So it's cheaper and faster to send the car to San Diego rather than any other location in California. Unless you live near one of the other locations and can drive the car there yourself. I shared that information with them to make sure they sent my car to San Diego.  It took MoveWheels almost three weeks to get a trucking company that would pick up the car from NY. Apparently it was because of the bad weather and being just after the holidays. But since I was paying 3-3.5 times more in fees to BWT/MoveWheels, I expected better results. For the CA to HI transport, MoveWheets did practically nothing.  They made an online booking with Pasha (which I already knew how to do) and then sent me the link so I could upload all the documents. Once the car was delivered to San Diego, I got an email from BWT/MoveWheels asking me to write a review about their service. I replied to them saying that they need to see the transport through all the way to Hawaii and got no response.  Fortunately, Pasha Hawaii is very professional, and everything went smoothly, but there was no time or effort put in by BWT/MoveWheels for that. Save your money and go with a smaller, more reliable broker/company that does not over-charge.

My priced changed the day of pickup. I communicated about vehicle multiple times and was lied to multiple times by the broker and then the driver too. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. I filed a complaint with the BBB

These folks never met any guarantees. I waited a day full day sitting in my car. They guaranteed it would be picked up by 7 AM the driver, from Boston called said he had a truck breakdown and would not be there until 7 the next morning, he wasn't there and said he did not get his truck fixed, said he'd there at 9 and he wasn't. I called he then said 11. He got there 11:30. It took him 8 days to get to Sarasota. His truck broke down in CT and he had to get another truck. When the car arrived in Sarasota, the battery was dead. It was the first time in a year. They must have left something on. They he started screaming a me. These people are shady to say the least. Don't even think about hiring them.

My contract (#1) stated a price of $1350. and a delivery date of 1-26-2022. When they came to pick up my vehicle the price changed to $3520. and no estimated delivery date, I canceled & called Bruce right away. After a couple of days of run around I received contract #2 with a price of $2200. and delivery on 1-30-2022, I told them that wouldn't work as I was in a hotel in Ft. Lauderdale. They sent another contract (#3) with the $2200 price and delivery on 1-26-2022 or 1-27-2022. After repeated phone calls and 4 extra days in the hotel at over $200 per night (it is Florida) I finally got my car on 1-30-2022 in the afternoon. I told my wife to have me committed to an asylum if I ever use this joke of a company again.

I'll never use broker ever again. At first Eric seemed very able to ship my car promptly and at a good price. But after a while I wasn't able to talk to him much and was passed to others on the phone. Mind you my car body, which was just a shell on a fixture needed to be shipped on a enclosed trailer to Georgia. After a few phone calls I was told that they could not find a shipper for the quoted price and the price needed to be $400 more. I had already signed a contract for $1550 and told the broker, no I'm not paying more than our contracted price and requirements of an enclosed trailer. He wanted more time to find a shipper. After about a week went by he said he had a shipper but it wasn't an enclosed trailer. I again stuck to the contract and said no. I want and ordered and enclosed trailer. Another couple of days went by. He said he had an enclosed trailer selected and would be at my house the next day. Next day I get an email saying he is on his way. Shipper arrives and I take off from work and what do I see? A flat bed trailer. I told the shipper that he was to have an enclosed trailer. He said he just picked up the job and the broker never said anything about am enclosed trailer. I called the broker. He said that it was on the shipper contract. Well it was, but there was huge communication gap between the broker and shipper. It all boils down to a shady broker who seems to care about my needs but ultimately only care about getting my money. I would not recommend this company and go somewhere else with a reputable shipper.

Just waiting for the contract to expire so I can actually get my car moved by a reputable company. Worst experience of my entire life with moving anything. Between all of the false dates..claims to have a carrier... then not...I could walk from Florida to Pennsylvania and drive the car home faster than this lousy company could get it transported. Seriously there needs to be a class action lawsuit against these people. They need to be driven out of business.

I shopped around and ultimately decided on this company because they provided me with the lowest quote. However as it got closer to the date, I was told that it was not going to be that price anymore and it ended up being 50% more than I was supposed to pay. The driver also picked up my car a day late, and the communication of when they were going to pick it up was not great. Ultimately I got my car in a timely manner, but I wouldn't recommend this company if I knew they could increase their prices.
