1. When the driver arrived, he had the wrong data about my car and almost didn't pick it up 2. The driving company EXPECTED cash and told me this AFTER my car was picked up and THREATENED to not drop it off where I was in another state. This caused major stress for me after I had just arrived by plane. They disregarded the contract which said I could pay with a debit/credit card. They threatened to call the police. I will NEVER do business with these companies again. Highly stressful and the trucking company I think is shady for asking for cash and demanding it

Will try to charge you 2x the original quote. Hound you to agree to a higher price. After saying no 3-4 times finally agreed to pay a little bit more. Then driver was 12+ hours late. Very unprofessional. Avoid them.

I was quoted a price & no one there tried to find a driver until a month later. By then, no one would ship my car for the quoted amount. The driver did not provide a Bill of Lading or receipt for payment. He also did not speak English so we could not communicate.

Upsold. Double booked. Not organized nor truthful. Didn’t abide with contract. Couldn’t understand at all. Pickup time many times delayed. Contract quotes not met, changed 4 times during pickup day. Couldn’t get in touch with agent. Price doubled on day of pickup. (Drivers unavailable). Scam. The driver turned out to be a good guy, though very hard to understand. Not sure he knew the deceptive practice going on.

Had the hardest time working with them. NEVER AGAIN. Representatives were so hard to understand. Quotes were very off by hundreds of dollars. Delivery time off by days. TOTAL DISASTER

My experience with this car delivery service from Denver to Miami was a complete disaster. They hid fees as "pre-payment for the driver," which turned out to be their profit ($200 and turned out to be $350 the day of the pickup). On the day of the pickup, the price doubled compared to estimated, leaving me stuck in a difficult situation and forced to accept. Answering "yes" to all your questions just to get you to book I have been charged for extra because of personal items in the car. Avoid them – deal directly with drivers for an easier, cheaper, and less stressful process. Don't believe what they tell you. (The truck drivers, who are not part of the company, were very friendly, kind, and helpful.)

Don't trust a word these people say! They gave me a good price for shipping my car across the country and assured me that it was the full price as accepted by a driver. When the time came to pick up my car, they dallied and stalled for three days before telling me that there was only one driver running my route and he wanted four times what they had quoted me! They claimed to have "helped" me by negotiating the price down and adding $500 of their own, but the price that they wanted was still more than double what they had originally quoted. I complained and asked to speak to a supervisor, but I was told there was no one else to speak to--I had to take it or leave it. Since it was only a few days before our move and we needed the car at our destination, we had no choice but to accept it and pay them. They cover their butts by including language in the fine print of the contract saying that neither the dates nor the prices are guaranteed and the buyer holds them harmless for whatever happens. In short, they can charge whatever the market will bear and ship the car whenever they wish and you have no recourse except to cancel the deal. What a racket! What's the use of planning ahead and signing a contract with them when you're going to have to pay last-minute prices anyway???? None of this was explained to me during the booking process, so I'm posting it here in hopes of saving others from making the same mistake.

I spoke with Justin Flores who gave me a price quote of $650 dollars to ship my daughters 2017 Honda civic from my daughters home in Austin Texas to my home in Lincoln California. Your company failed to pick up my daughters car in a timely manner which ultimately cost my daughter to lose 4 days of lost wages as she had to stay home waiting for the carrier to be assigned for pick up. I was ultimately forced to agree to pay an additional $200 before the car was picked up. I was on a time frame and told that the initial price was not a guarantee only after being rushed to sign the initial contract. I was told that my car would not be picked up unless I signed a new contract approving $850 dollars. I can’t help but feel cheated and manipulated by an unscrupulous company. The carrier finally picked up the car 4 days late. Justin failed to communicate with me after the contract was signed and I received the worst customer service from him. As a result I will never use your company in the future and will persuade others to do the same. The carrier that was assigned called me regarding delivery to inform me that if I wanted to pick up my car I would have to drive 40 miles from the original home destination. The driver claimed to have transmission problems and had dropped my car off the truck at a wrecking yard. Upon arriving I noticed that he had already reloaded his transporter with a full load of cars. The driver said his truck was waiting to be towed to San Francisco for repairs to his transmission. It was a lie as his truck would have been at minimum partially unloaded before being towed. The service I received from your company was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and if I had an employee like Justin representing my company he would have been terminated. In the future I will be reading the reviews. This company is the worst!!!

Movewheels did a great job navigating issues with the actual transport carrier (the issue was more with the transport carrier not Movewheels). Robin kept me informed, even on weekends, and worked out issues that were not anticipated.
