I got a text from Stacy, a saleswoman, last December that my car Corolla would start at $600 to move from Arizona to Washington state. My schedule has been confirmed and I signed a contract on January 10 to move my car on February 27 this year. After that, I checked the exact pick-up date and time of my car 10 days before the scheduled departure, but Stacy kept delaying that she could coordinate with the driver and let me know the confirmed schedule a day before or on the day of the pick-up. Then she said she couldn't pick my car up because she didn't have a driver on the morning of the scheduled pick-up... In addition, she gave a ridiculous answer that there was no car moving schedule that week, of course, the week after. And another driver said they'd proceed with the schedule if the customer paid $850, so she asked for a $250 increase on the scheduled pick-up day. She replied that if I wanted the cancellation, the penalty would be $200 so I had no choice but to apply for my car's moving service for the new rate of $850 . There may be a fixed rate increase over the initial rate offered. But can the rate that starts at $600 go up to $850 on the day of pickup after nothing at all? It's a really terrible service !
