I would never use them again even it was for free. Was told one thing and then it didn't happen which created a huge problem for me which they did nothing but call me and ask how I was going to fix it. Never again

Terrible service, Terrible driver. He was very rude on the phone. He was really mad because I wasn't home the day before the delivery. He was early and I was on vacation so he had to wait until the day that was scheduled. I found he put battery acid on the hood of my vehicle. Pay the extra money and not use these bottom of the barrel sleeze balls.

Price started at about $350, then went up twice. Got the car ok, but could not get answers without bugging them repeatedly. Finally did get my car.

My first and last time using them. It’s just too much going on! Before the car is even picked up they charge the $150 then the driver gets their half upon arrival or after delivering they tried to charge my card again a few days after delivery luckily my card was locked! I’d recommend using Sherpa next time so there’s a locked in rate and no changes and confusion!

Really upset that I was not told upfront about the $150 fee and then the driver increased the price once he showed up and since he had showed up I was bound to a fee anyways. Will never recommend.

I want to split this review into a few parts. Leo, who was my customer service rep on my account was fantastic. He had great communication, had good follow up, reached out to me to let me know what was going on, responded to questions, and followed up with the necessary paperwork and information. He was quick to answer my questions and even helped with my delivery on his day off. I would give him 5/5 stars and he did a great job. I couldn't recommend him enough. I gave the price 1 star for one reason only, customers (including myself) do NOT like a bait and switch. I got several internet quotes from various carriers and ended up using move wheels because they confirmed my price at $300 to move a scooter from SF to LA. We were communicating for two weeks up to vehicle pick up date, and the dispatcher mentioned that there are several drivers available to take the vehicle. The day before the vehicle was picked up, I was told there is availability for tomorrow and the price has changed by $150 more (which is 50% more). In the end i got my scooter, but I would have coordinated a different carrier that better suited my quoted price. Either the pricing model needs to be better explained on the website, or there should be transparency on if you want your shipment with your approved an quoted price - here are the days it can ship. This creates NO consumer trust. Product satisfaction - here are my notes for improvement: 1) having more clarity around pricing and transport pick up (see above) 2) it's hard core sales, even once i decided to use movewheels I got mutiple sales calls, emails, texts everyday - that need to be improved. 3) It would be great if you could track your pick up and delivery online / and set a schedule for availability on both ends - so you can find drivers that work for both ends. 4) There should be a way to mark pick up and delivery dates online as well as time blocks at both locations that you are available 5) Customers should know that your delivery isn't confirmed unitl the DAY before - and timings totally vary, so you need to schedule on a day you have nothing else going on. 6) Better explain the process on your site - that your price is an estimate, drivers are scheudled the day or two days before, etc.

Was quoted one price; ended up having to pay $300 more. Lots of changes on pick up date. We were flexible so it worked out. Car was delivered.

I got a text from Stacy, a saleswoman, last December that my car Corolla would start at $600 to move from Arizona to Washington state. My schedule has been confirmed and I signed a contract on January 10 to move my car on February 27 this year. After that, I checked the exact pick-up date and time of my car 10 days before the scheduled departure, but Stacy kept delaying that she could coordinate with the driver and let me know the confirmed schedule a day before or on the day of the pick-up. Then she said she couldn't pick my car up because she didn't have a driver on the morning of the scheduled pick-up... In addition, she gave a ridiculous answer that there was no car moving schedule that week, of course, the week after. And another driver said they'd proceed with the schedule if the customer paid $850, so she asked for a $250 increase on the scheduled pick-up day. She replied that if I wanted the cancellation, the penalty would be $200 so I had no choice but to apply for my car's moving service for the new rate of $850 . There may be a fixed rate increase over the initial rate offered. But can the rate that starts at $600 go up to $850 on the day of pickup after nothing at all? It's a really terrible service !
