Paid double the quote, cost me $2,100.00 in the end, car not picked up on time, poor communication and then they said I did not honor the contract and tried to charge me a cancellation fee AFTER the car had been picked up and they had already charged their initial fee. Reading other reviews, these all seem like regularly occuring issues with this broker. Basically, they cannot even guarantee a driver but force you to sign a contract which makes it so you do not have enough time to find another broker once their contract lapses. Absolutely will not use them again.

I was extremely disappointed in the use of this service. The price quoted to me was not honored. I signed a contract for a particular price weeks before date of transfer only to be contacted the day before the transfer that the price had increased, adding a whopping $500 extra to the quoted price, leaving me with no time to source another service provider. I would not recommend using this service provider. They are completely dishonorable. Bait and switch is their tactic.

Your product sounded good, but you didn't deliver. Usual bate and switch. You picked up my car nine days after are agreed upon date. It took 12 days to deliver the car. A lot of communication problems. It is a good thing I am retired, so I could alter my life to align with theirs

Communication was poor. We were in the dark as to when the vehicle would be here after notification that it was picked up. Driver was supposed to call us, according to written directions we received on the delivery process, 24hrs before arrival. No call. Then he was supposed to call us 2 hrs before arrival. Several days went by, no call. He finally called- about 15 minutes before arrival at night. Hard to do an inspection of the vehicle at night. Good thing we were home.

Bait and switch on the price. Actual price ended up being 20% more than what was quoted.

Calls carrier saying I want things I do not. Does not specify in contract how much they will be pulling off credit card. Does not communicate efficiently or effectively. Very shady shitty broker. Do not use.

Horrible experience delay in pick up 1st Wed, then Thurs & finally driver picks up Friday then the renegotiation on quote originally signed & agreed to $750 then told by broker if I paid $125 more the driver he will assign to pick up my car & deliver is a good driver he dealt with driver for 11 years. So I trusted the brokers word & paid another $125. The driver picked up my car & delivered my car to me over 10 miles away from where he was supposed to drop it at. I had to track the driver down to get my car when I got there he had already taken my car of his truck. He did not do a walk through with me. He then tells me there he will give me $50 for a part of my bumper that he says most likely at a truck stop came off & he then shows me his laptop of the part he researched on Amazon showing my the cost to replace it. He then takes out my 2 fog lights from his truck & hands them to me. A lot of wires were hanging underneath my bumper to where he had to zip tie them so I can at least drive my car away. There is bumper damage caused during transport & the driver nor the trucking company insurance & now movewheels want to take responsibility of the damage they caused to my car during transport nothing but dishonesty from all parties. Never will I use them again in the future

Got lied to about the rate tricked into signing a contract ended up paying almost double what they promised to ship.Italso took 3 weeks to get ahipped.
